TDI Associates, Inc. (TDI), founded in 1977 as Threshold Design, Inc., is an Architectural and Engineering firm whose operating philosophy is to provide comprehensive services for design and planning which will ultimately yield highly-satisfied clients. Our primary objectives are:

Located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, we maintain a total professional staff of 38 including registered Architects and Engineers which render specialized services in:

In addition to our professional A/E staff, we have highly qualified designers, CADD operators, cost estimators, construction inspectors and administrative personnel. TDI employs state-of-the-art technology to ensure maximum effectiveness in planning, design, and documentation with continuous and timely performance on all projects. Our firm is fully automated with a central Computer Network serving 16 work stations for 100 percent computerization of all design, engineering, (structural and energy-related design) project management and accounting functions. This allows enhanced efficiencies in the preparation of design, construction documents, specifications, heat gain and loss calculations, life-cycle cost analysis, value engineering, structural analysis and design, accounting and business management.
